1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern sales made on the ESPRESSO GO online store (jarkomonsi@gmail.com). Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and prices

Product features are shown on the product page. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Shipping to Benelux and France is free. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment. Payment is secure and processed by Shopify Payments (bank card, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna depending on availability). We never have access to your bank details.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are detailed in our shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. We extend it to 30 days. Details are in our refund policy.

6. Guarantees

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first: we always look for an amicable solution.
