30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item, no questions asked. This goes beyond the 14-day legal right of withdrawal under EU law.

How to return an item

Email us at jarkomonsi@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Conditions

The item must be complete (including accessories), undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please clean the machine before sending it back if it has been used.

Faulty or damaged product

If your item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us on receipt with a photo: we will replace it or refund you, with return costs covered by us. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days at the latest. Except for faulty products, return costs are at your expense.
